【摘要】 目的　探讨CT对肺结核的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 5 6例具有完整临床资料的肺结核病人的CT表现 ,所有病例均经病理证实或经临床随访证实。结果　 5 6例肺结核中 ,主要CT表现为结核灶钙化 2 2例 ,支气管播散灶 17例 ,卫星灶 2 1例 ,纵隔淋巴结肿大 9例 ,其中环状强化 8例 ,纵隔淋巴结钙化 14例 ,多呈点状、环状及簇状。结论　CT对诊断肺结核具有较高的价值 ,全面分析其CT征象 ,有助于肺结核的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the CT diagnositic value of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Fifty-six patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were included in this study,all cases were confirmed by operation or cinical followed up.Results The main CT appearances of 56 cases included calcifications(22 cases),bronchial disseminated tuberculosis(17 cases),satellite(21 cases),lymphopathy(9 cases)and calcifications of lymph nodes(14 cases) in mediastinum.Conclusion CT is a valuable procedure in diagnosis of pulmanary tubeculosis,to analyse CT findings of pulmanary tubeculosis completely is helpful in diagnosis.更多还原
