【摘要】 目的　探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的特征性CT表现。方法　对 8例经病理证实的节细胞神经瘤的CT表现行回顾性分析。结果　 8例均位于右侧肾上腺。肿瘤直径 3～ 6cm ,平均 4.6cm。呈椭圆形者 7例 ,1例呈圆形。肿瘤边界均清晰 ,无周围组织和血管侵犯征象。平扫呈均匀低密度 ,平均 2 8.8± 4.6HU ,内有点状钙化者 3例 (37.5 % )。增强扫描有轻度强化 ,平均 38.7± 8.8HU。结论　节细胞神经瘤有一些特征性CT表现 ,但确诊仍依赖组织学检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the CT features of adrenal ganglioneuroma.Methods CT images were reviewed retrospectively in 8 patients with ganglioneuroma proved by pathology.Results All of the 8 neoplasms were located at right adrenal gland.The diameter of the mass ranged from 3 cm to 6 cm with a mean of 4.6 cm.The lesions were well defined in all cases.7 lesions had an oval shape,while 1 showed a round shape.No evidence of invasion of the surrounding organs was seen.On unenhanced scans,CT attenuation of the tumor was homogeneously low,with a mean of 28.8±4.6 HU,However CT attenuation was slightly higer after enhancement with a mean of 38.7±8.8 HU.Punctate calcifications were seen in 3 cases (37.5%).Conclusion Ganglioneuroma has some specific CT features,but the diagnosis should be relied on pathology.更多还原
