【摘要】 目的　研究青蒿琥酯的抗肿瘤作用。方法　用移植性肝癌和S180 1∶1肿瘤组织生理盐水混悬液 ,每只小鼠腋窝皮下接种 0 .2ml ,2 4h后 ,肌肉注射青蒿琥脂 ,连续 10天。结果　青蒿琥酯 6 0mg/(kg·d)、30mg/(kg·d)和 15mg/(kg·d)对小鼠肝癌的抑瘤率分别为 39.79%～ 5 4.49%、37.79%～ 49.96 %和 40 .38%～ 5 3 .96 %。青蒿琥酯 10 0mg/(kg·d)、5 0mg/(kg·d)和 2 5mg/(kg·d) 对小鼠S180 的抑瘤率分别为 48.5 3 %～ 49.6 0 %、47.78%～ 5 7.96 %和 5 8.87%～ 6 8.5 7%。对 2种瘤株经重复实验 ,均有抑瘤作用。结论　青蒿琥酯对小鼠肝癌和S180 均有抑瘤作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antitumor effects of artesunate in mice.Methods Tumor tissue of implantation hepatic carcinoma or S 180 solide tumor was mixed with N.S in 1∶1.Eash mouse received 0.2 ml mixture by axilla subcutaneous injection.24 hous later,artesunate was given by muslse injection.The drug was given every day for ten days.Results The antitumor rate of artesunate to hepatocarcinoma was 29.79%～54.49%,60 mg/(kg·d),37.79%～49.96% 30 mg/(kg·d),40.38%～53.96%,25 mg/(kg·d) .The anti S 180 rate were 48.53%～49.60%,100 mg/(kg·d),47.78%～57.96% 50 mg/(kg·d) and 57.87%～68.57%,25 mg/(kg·d).The experiment were repeated twice and showed the same results.Conclusion Artesunate has anti hepatic and anti S 180 solid tumor activities in vivo.更多还原
