【摘要】 目的　探讨CD44V 6、ER、PR表达与乳腺癌临床病理生物学行为的关系及其临床意义 ,评价其可否作为判断乳腺癌预后的指标。方法　采用CD44V 6、ER、PR单克隆抗体对 6 3例原发性乳腺癌组织进行S P免疫组化检测 ,采用 χ2 检验方法对结果做统计学分析。结果　CD44V 6阳性表达率及强阳性表达率与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结状况、TNM分期及组织学分级无显著相关性 ,而与组织学类型相关 ,单纯癌、硬癌和髓样癌阳性表达率明显高于粘液腺癌和浸润性小叶癌 ;硬癌和单纯癌强阳性表达率明显高于浸润性小叶癌。ER和PR阳性表达率与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结状况、TNM分期、组织学分级及组织学类型无相关性。结论　CD44V 6作为判断乳腺癌预后的指标不够理想。ER和PR测定的意义在于指导临床治疗方案的选择更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of CD44 splice variant 6(CD44V6)、ER、PR in breast cancer,and to evaluate whether they can be useful in prognosis of the patients with breast cancer.Methods Sixty three cases of primary breast cancer were studied immunohistochemically by monoclonal antibody CD44V6、ER and PR.Antigen retrieval method followed by a routine SP process was employed.Results CD44V6 expression and intensive expression was not significant correlation with the patient′ age,tumor size,axillary lymph node status,TNM stage and histological grade,but was significant correlation with histological type.The expression of ER and PR was not significant correlation with the patient age,tumor size,axillary lymph node status,TNM stage,histological grade and histological type.Conclusion Multivariate analysis revealed that CD44V6 is not a useful marker for predicting the prognosis of the patients with breast cancer.The significance of detectation of ER and PR may be useful for guiding clinical treatment.更多还原
