【Abstract】 More and more countries have carried out the practice for community development by establishing community welfare centers so as to promote the whole economy.In China,with the progress of reform and the development of the society,community construction and management has enjoyed much consideration since 1990’s.As a result, four typical and advantageous community models have been established in Luohu of Shenzhen, Pundong of Shanghai, the Southern area of Fushan city, and Dongda of Shenyang.
