【摘要】 目的　分析CYFRA2 1- 1、NSE和CEA在不同组织类型的肺癌中表达的差异。方法　采用放免分析对 13例正常人和 37例肺癌患者进行血清CYFRA2 1 1、NSE和CEA的检测 ,统计分析各项指标在正常人、鳞癌、腺癌和小细胞肺癌患者之间的差别。结果　CYFRA2 1 1在鳞癌、腺癌患者中表达水平较高 ,与小细胞肺癌及正常人有显著性差异 ;NSE在小细胞肺癌患者中表达水平较高 ,与鳞癌、腺癌及正常人有显著性差异 ;CEA在腺癌患者中表达水平较高 ,与鳞癌、小细胞肺癌及正常人有显著性差异。结论　CYFRA2 1 1、NSE和CEA在肺癌中的表达与肺癌的组织类型密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the different expression of CYFRA21 1,NSE and CEA in varied histologic types of lung carcinoma.Methods Immunoradiometric assay and statistical analysis was used to study the levels of CYFRA21 1,NSE and CEA in the serum of 13 cases of normal persons, 37 cases of lung cancer patients.Results The CYFRA21 1 in squamous cell carcinoma or adenocarcionoma was higher than small cell lung cancer or normal persons and the difference was statistically significant. The NSE in small cell lung cancer was significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma or normal persons. The CEA in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer or normal persons.Conclusion The close relation between the quantity of CYFRA21 1,NSE and CEA in lung cancer and varied histologic types of lung carcinoma was seen.更多还原
