【摘要】 目的 :探寻较理想的剖宫产术方法。方法 :对 82例改良新式剖宫产和 44例传统的子宫下段剖宫产术进行了观察和分析 ,结果 :改良新式剖宫产术 ,手术时间短、损伤少 ,术后病率低、疼痛轻、恢复快 ,拆线时间缩短 5d ,住院时间短 ,医疗费用少。结论 :改良新式剖宫产术是目前较理想的剖宫产方法 ,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate an ideal cesarean section.Methods 82 new modified cesarean sections and 44 uterine lower segmental cesarean sections were analyzed and observed.Results The new modified cesarean section was superior to uterine lower segmental cesarean section in many ways.The former needed less time for the operation,recovery,removing stithes(5 days) ,hospitalization,and caused less injury and cost less money.The patients felt less pain and the postoperative sickness rate was lower.conclusion New modified cesarean section is ideal.更多还原
