【摘要】 目的　观察异丙酚麻醉不同苏醒期脑电和心率变异的变化。方法　 30例患者实施异丙酚麻醉 ,记录苏醒期OAA/S评分为 1分、3分、5分的脑电和心率变异值。结果　OAA/S评分为 1分时 95 %SEF、BIS、HF、LF的均数显著低于对照值 ,并随着OAA/S评分的增加而显著上升。OAA/S评分为 1分时LF/HF的均数显著高于对照值 ,并随着OAA/S评分的增加显著下降。结论　异丙酚麻醉后BIS、95 %SEF、HF、LF明显降低。BIS、95 %SEF、HF、LF、LF/HF可以反映异丙酚麻醉后苏醒过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of power spectrum of electroencephalography,bispectral index and heart rate variability during recovery from propofol anesthesia.Methods Thirty volunteer outpatients were anesthetized with propofol.Power spectrum of electroencephalography,BIS and heart rate variability were recorded at OAA/S 1, 3 and 5.Results The means of SEF,BIS,HF and LF at OAA/S 1 were lower compared with control,and significantly increased following OAA/S increases. The mean of LF/HF at OAA/S 1 was higher compared with control,and significantly decreased following OAA/S increases.Conclusion BIS,SEF,HF and LF significantly decrease during propofol anesthesia.BIS,SEF,HF,LF and LF/HF might reflect the recovery from propofol anesthesia.
