【Abstract】 By the study and popularization of substitute cultivation technology of lentinus edodus in loess plateau in Anze county, a new technique modern was founded and perfected, a new approach of developing lentinus edodus in Shanxi province even in loess plateau was discussed, a series of effective measures of technology and management of edible fungi technology popularizing was found out, transformation of achievement in scientific research was promoted, and the biggest base of producing lentinus edodus in Shanxi province was built.更多还原
