华北落叶松铜锌元素与酶活性关系初探

【摘要】 对 3年生华北落叶松各部位的多酚氧化酶 ( PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)的含量及活性的变化规律进行了测定 ,结果表明 :1各部位间的 PPO酶存在较显著的差异 ;2铜元素与 PPO酶关系较为密切 ,锌元素对 SOD活性作用较为显著

【Abstract】 This artical studies the changing law of the content and living ability of PPO and SOD from various organs of a 3 yold Larix principis rupprechtii plantation.The results show that:(1)the content and living ability of the PPO in various organs are extremely different.(2)the relation of Cu with PPO is close, the relation of Zn with SOD is remarkable.
