【摘要】 目的 :研究囊肿切除并枕大池——腹腔分流治疗枕大池蛛网膜囊肿的手术方法。方法 :14例枕大池蛛网膜囊肿行囊肿切除并枕大池——腹腔分流术。结果 :所有病例术后症状逐渐消失 ,出院前 (术后 14d～ 2 1d)复查 CT示枕大池明显缩小 ;10例得到随访 ,平均随访时间 30个月 ,枕大池及脑室系统大小正常 ,无囊肿复发。结论 :囊肿切除并枕大池——腹腔分流术治疗枕大池蛛网膜囊肿具有手术疗效确切、无复发、并发症少等特点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate an operation using cyst resecting and cerebello-medullary cistern shunting on arachnoidal cyst in cerebello-medullary cistern.Methods:14 cases were operated on via cyst resecting and cerebello-medullary cistern shunting.All cases got CT in two weeks or so after surgury.Results:Cerebello-medullary cistern shrank significantly in two weeks after surgery.10 cases got the follow-up with mean 30 months and the size of cerebello-medullary cistern and ventricular system was normal.No cyst recurred.The preoperative symptoms disappeared by and by.Conclusions:This operation is positive, effective,less complication and no cystal reccurrence.更多还原
