CCl4/H2O/CTAB乳状液的稳定性研究
STUDY ON STABILITY OF EMULSION COMPOSED OF CARBON TETRACHLORIDE/WATER/CETYLTRIMETHYLAMMONIUM BROMIDE
【摘要】 制备了不同组成的 CCl4/ H2 O/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)乳状液 ,用电导法测定了含与不含添加剂 (正已醇和水杨酸钠 )条件下 ,乳状液富油相区不同时间的电导率。为了寻找乳状液的稳定性与电导率之间的关系 ,提出了富油相增比电导率的概念 ,并由增比电导率与时间的关系讨论了乳状液的稳定性
【Abstract】 Emulsions composed of carbon tetrachloride/water/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) were prepared at different compositions. Specific conductivity in oil concentrated phase of emulsions was measured at different time in presence or no presence of hexanol and sodium salicylate. The idea of the incremental ratio of specific conductivity in oil concentrated phase, κ r, was proposed in order to describe the relationship between stability and the specific conductivity of emulsions. Stability of the emulsion was discussed by employing the relationship of the incremental ratio of specific conductivity in oil concentrated phase with time (d κ r/d t ). The results showed that the stability of emulsion decreased with the increase of κ r. In addition, the values of d κ r/d t at different time were calculated and its maximum value was obtained by employing the plots of d κ r/d t against time. The values of (d κ r/d t ) max and the corresponding t max were also used to investigate the stability of the emulsion.
