【摘要】 报道了一种硅钨酸载体催化剂催化酯化反应的一般规律。考察了催化剂的吸附量和重复使用性能 ,脂肪酸的酸性 ,脂肪醇 ,含环醇和芳香酸的种类等因素对酯化反应的影响。实验表明 ,这种催化剂不仅重复性能好 ,同一催化剂重复使用 5次 ,酯收率只减少 1% ;而且催化活性高 ,当硅钨酸吸附量为 2 1 1%时 ,催化合成戊酸丁酯的收率可达 92 6 %以上。催化反应表现出脂肪酸酸性越强 ,脂肪醇体积和含环醇空阻越小 ,酯的收率越高的一般规律更多还原

【Abstract】 The general laws of the catalytic esterification reaction by a kind of silicotungstic acid carrier catalyst are reported.The influence of factors that adsorption quanlity of the catalyst and stability,strength of the aliphatic acid,kinds of the aliphatic alcohol、aromatic acid and inclusion ring alcohol on esterification reaction are examined.The experiment results show that this kind of catalyst not only has good stability,continuity use five time,the yield of ester just decrease 1%,but also has high activity,when adsorption quantity is 21.1%,the yield of catalytic synthesis butyl valerate reach 92.6%.Catalytic reaction has showed general law that aliphatic acid strength was bigger,volume of the aliphatic alcohol and sterically hindering of the inclusion ring alcohol were smaller,the yield of ester is higher.更多还原
