【摘要】 十一届三中全会以来 ,私营企业从无到有 ,日益成为现阶段我国国民经济的重要组成部分。然而 ,从 90年代中期开始 ,我国许多私营企业经营业绩日下 ,有些甚至破产倒闭 ,笔者认为除了市场大环境的影响之外 ,家族管理是造成其陷入困境的重要原因。本文着重分析了家族制这种企业制度给我国私营企业的发展带来的困境及我国私营企业摆脱困境的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 Private enterprises have undergone a process from its birth at the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee to the increasingly important role in the national economy. From the mid-nineties, however, a number of private enterprises declined daily in their management achievements and some of them even went to bankrupcy. In addition to the infulence from the whole market environment, the family-style management, in the author*ss view, is the chief reason for their difficult position. This article is devoted to the analysis of the difficult position of the private enterprises brought about by the family-style management. The author discusses the counter-measures to extricate from the current difficulty.更多还原
