半球形件冲压成形拉深筋影响研究
RESEARCH ON DRAWBEAD’S INFLUENCE DURING HALF SPHERICAL PARTS’ FORMING PROCESS
【摘要】 利用 ANSYS/ L S- DYNA3D软件 ,建立了包括凸凹模、压边圈及板料在内的整体分析模型。分别对半球形件在有拉深筋和无拉深筋两种情况下的拉深过程进行了数值模拟 ,分析了拉深筋对半球形件拉深成形的影响 ,从应力场的角度分析了皱曲产生的内在原因 ,指出了判定皱曲的依据因素。
【Abstract】 The whole analysis model including sheet metal,dies and blank holder is built by aid of ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D software.The numerical simulation is separately carried out to half spherical parts’ drawing process with drawbead and without drawbead.The drawbead’s influence is analyzed.The inner forming mechanism of buckling is analyzed from the angle of stress field.The basis is provided for judging buckling.
