【摘要】 目的 观察连续大面积接种流行性乙型脑炎活疫苗的流行病学效果。方法 连续观察１１年接种 乙脑活疫苗的１８２７１５人次的乙脑发病率。结果１１年内均未出现异常反应，总发病率由接种前的２１．８９／１０万下降 到２／１０万左右，保护率为９８．９９％。结论 进一步证明乙脑活疫苗安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the long term epidemiological effect of large field inoculation of live attenuated Japanese encephalitis(JE) vaccine. Methods The morbidity of JE was observed in the 182715 subjects inoculated with live SE vaccine during the past 11years.Results The total morbidity of JE in the subjects decreased from 21. 89/100 000 to about 2/100 000, and no adverse reaction xas observed during the past 11 years. The protective rate of the vaccine was 98.99% . Conclusion The study further proved that live at-tenuated SE vaccine was safe and effective.更多还原
