新型聚合物防蜡剂SMANE的研制
PREPARATION OF NOVEL POLYMERIC PARAFFIN INHIBITOR SMANE
【摘要】 通过自由基共聚反应及酯化反应合成了苯乙烯 -马来酸酯 -丙烯腈三元共聚物防蜡剂 ,从分析聚合可行性入手 ,研究了聚合反应条件 ,考察了聚合反应温度和时间、单体总浓度、单体摩尔比、引发剂用量、丙烯腈含量等因素对产品防蜡效果的影响 ,得出了最佳配比。对产品进行了红外光谱分析和差热分析 ,并通过偏光显微镜对防蜡过程进行了观察 ,该产品具有一定的防蜡作用。
【Abstract】 Styrene(St),maleic anhydride(MA)and crylonitril(AN),initiated by dibenzoyl peroxide(BPO)in toluene,were copolymerized to get terpolymer(SMAN)according to the theory of free radical copolymerization,then SMAN was esterificated with hexadecanol,octadecanol or compound of two to get the product(SMANE).Through orthogonal test,monomer molar proportion,the amount of initiator,concentration of monomer,temperature,time and ratio of acrylonitril were studied.Fourier transform infrared spectrum,differential thermal analysis and polarization microscope were used to characterize polymer and to study mechanism of paraffin inhibition.
