云南人参果中微量营养成份的研究

【摘要】 从云南省曲靖地区种植的人参果鲜果出发,用氨基酸分析仪测出了 11种氨基酸的含量;用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法选择测定了其中 16种无机微量元素含量;用热分析方法首次测定了人参果中的微量元素氧化物总量,与同等条件下测定的甘肃产蕨麻干 (俗名亦称人参果 )、云南文山产“三七”粉微量元素氧化物含量比较,对其中微量元素的含量及价值作分析比较,微量元素含量以“人参果”籽中最高。测试结果表明:云南人参果中富含各种氨基酸和生命微量元素,是一种营养价值极高的水果。

【Abstract】 Growing at the northern foot of Ansi mountains in South- America,called“ pepino” ,ginseng- fruits is a Solanaceae plant.Various healthful inorganic trace element are contained,and low content of vegetable protein contained also.At the same time,ginseng- fruit contains rich vitamin C.Sixteen kinds of inorganic trace element in the Yunnan Ginseng- fruit had tested by ICPS,and determined the content of eleven kinds of amino acid.The different part of Yunnan Ginseng- fruit amount of oxide had been studied by TG- DTA.It shows that the seed of Yunnan Ginseng- fruit contains the highest content of inorganic trace element.The results show that the nutritive value of Yunnan Ginseng- fruit is very high.Yunnan Ginseng- fruit is a useful nutrient fruit.
