【摘要】 目的　验证湿润疗法对深二度烧伤瘢痕防治的临床效果 ;方法 :病人选择 2 0 1例 ,分实验组 141例 ,以湿润疗法治疗 ,即深二度烧伤在MEBT/MEBO实施中 ,接受三个疗程的治疗方案 ,每疗程 2 0～ 2 5天 ,对照组 6 0例 ,以 1%磺胺嘧啶银 (SD Ag)治疗 ;结果 :实验组初愈时间 18 3± 1 5天 ,对照组 2 1 1± 2 2天 ,经t检验 (t=7 6 0 8)测定P值有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。同时证实 ,非手术创面愈合率、细菌感染率、抗生素及瘢痕发生率组间均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,即实验组优于对照组 ;结论 :湿润疗法既是防治深二度创面瘢痕愈合的根本措施 ,也是深二度创面康复治疗的全过程更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBT in the prevention and treatment of hyperplastic scar of deep 2 nd degree burn wounds. Method: 201 cases of deep 2 nd degree burn were divided into 2 groups. 141 cases were treated with MEBT/MEBO, according to a 3 course scheme, 20-25 days for each course. 60 cases were treated with 1% SD-Ag Cream as a control. Results: In MEBT/MEBO group, the primary healing healing time was 18 3±1 5 days, while in control group, 21 1±2 2 days. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically very significant (t=7 608, P<0 01). MEBT/MEBO treatment was also significantly better than SD-Ag Cream in respects of the rate of wound healed without surgical operation, the rate of bacterial infection, antibiotics appolication and scar formation (P<0 01). Conclusion: MEBT/BEBO treatment is a basic measure for preventing and treating of scars after healing of deep 2 nd degree burn wounds as well as a measure for the recovery of deep 2 nd burn wounds in the whole course.更多还原
