【摘要】 目的：观察ＭＥＢＯ＋胰岛素外涂，对糖尿病患者深度烫伤创面的治疗效果。方法： ２例深Ⅱ度烫伤患者全程采用 ＭＥＢＯ＋胰岛素，治疗面积分别为 ３％～４％。结果：创面全部自行愈合，皮肤光滑、柔软无瘢痕，呈暗紫色，有毳毛生长，无功能障碍，疗程３０天～４０天。结论：湿性疗法技术十胰岛素外用治疗糖尿病深度烫伤，能促进上皮生长，抑制细菌繁殖，减少瘢痕形成，治疗方法简便易行，疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of external application of MEBO in association with insulin for treat- ing deep scald wounds of diabetic patients. Method: 2 patients with deep 2nd degree scald wounds were treated with MEBO and insulin, the area was 3% to 4%. Results: All the wounds healed spontaneously. The skin was smooth and soft with fine hair and no scar, dark purple in color. No dysfunction was found.更多还原
