【摘要】 目的：比较ＭＥＢＯ和医用ＡＶ创面霜对烧伤残余创面的疗效。方法：随机选择６１例烧伤后残余创面，３１例采用湿润烧伤膏（ＭＥＢＯ）治疗（治疗组），３０例采用医用ＡＶ创面霜治疗（对照组），观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组一周后细菌检出率由６１．３％下降为１２．９％，创面平均愈合天数为１４．５±２． ４；较对照组明显缩短，愈合后的创面光滑平整，无瘢痕形成。结论：残余创面采用ＭＥＢＯ治疗是一种最佳治疗途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy of MEBO and AV Cream in treating residual wounds. Method: 61 cases of residual wounds were divided in random into 2 groups. 31 patients were treated with MEBO and 30 treated with AV Cream. The efficacy Of the two group was compared. Results: In MEBO group, the bacteria detectable rate was re- duced from 61. 3% to 12. 9% in a week. The average wound healing time was 14. 5±2. 4 days, significantly shorter than AV Cream group. Wounds recovered well with no scar. Conclusion: MEBO is superior to AV Cream in treating residual wounds.更多还原
