【摘要】 以小麦胚芽为材料 ,采用五因素四水平正交旋转设计溶剂浸提小麦胚芽油 ,探讨了原料颗粒度、水分含量、浸提最佳工艺条件等对小麦胚芽油出油率的影响 ,并分析油品质。结果表明 ,麦胚颗粒度宜选 60目筛上物 ,水分含量以 7 5 %左右为宜 ;以二氯甲烷为浸提溶剂 ,溶剂与胚芽之比为 2 1∶1 (V/W) ,温度 35℃、浸提 40min ,出油率最高更多还原

【Abstract】 In the condition study of extracting the wheat germ oil with organic solvents and factors influencing the extraction,the oil extraction rate was adopted as an index and the quadratic rotation regression of three elements was used in the experiment design A maximum extraction rate of 8 61% was obtained at 35 ℃ for 40 minutes with CH 2Cl 2 at the ratio of 2 1∶1(V/W),size in the range of 40 to 60 mesh and moisture content in about 7 5%更多还原
