海带中叶绿素的研究

【摘要】 本实验探索以海带为原料制取叶绿素铜钠盐。海带用５%ＣｕＳＯ４处理１３ｈ以丙酮乙醇混合液(９５:５)为溶剂,料液比为１:５０,６０℃条件下提取２．０ｈ。结果粗产品得率５．０３%,产品达到国标ＧＢ３２６２规定标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper describes is about preparation of sodium copper chlorophyll from kelp. The optimum extraction is that the kelp is immersed with 5% CuSO4 for 13h, then extracted at 60℃ for 2h using mixed solvent which is consisted of 95% acetone and 5% ethanol, the ratio of it to kelp is 50 : 1. The crude production rate is 5.03% . Its quality is up to the standard of GB3262.更多还原
