【摘要】 ①目的　探讨自制复方利尿剂治疗心源性水肿的效果。②方法　选取住院心源性水肿病人 6 0例 ,随机分成两组 ,分别给予自制复方利尿剂和氢氯噻嗪治疗 ,比较两组疗效。③结果　用药 3d后 ,对照组血K+ ,Na+ ,Cl-浓度明显低于实验组 (t=2 .2 9～ 2 .41,P <0 .0 5 ) ,尿量差异无显著性。用药 30d ,对照组血尿酸浓度高于实验组 (t=2 .13,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但未超过正常值 ,实验组用药前后血尿酸浓度无明显变化。实验组副作用发生率为 0 ,而对照组为 13.33% .④结论　自制复方利尿剂具有利尿效果佳 ,对电解质影响小等特点 ,值得临床应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To detect the effects of herbal diuretic on patients with cardiogenic edema.\ Methods\ Sixty patients with cardiogenic edema were randomly divided into two groups. The study group( n =30) was treated with herbal diuretic made by ourselves, and the control group was treated with dihydro chlorothiazide, the changes of edema and electrolytes in the blood were compared between the 2 groups.\ Results\ After 3 days of treatment, the blood K +, Na +, and Cl - concentrations in the control group was significantly lower than that of the study group( t=2.29-2.41,P <0.05), but there was no obvious difference in urine output between the 2 groups. After 30 days of the treatment, the blood concentration of uric acid in the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group( t=2.13,P <0.05). The changes of the blood uric acid concentration were not significant before and after 30 days of the treatment in the study group. No side effects were observed in the study group.\ Conclusion Herbal diuretic compound is effective for cardiogenic edema with little effects on the blood electrolytes.更多还原
