温度对高钙粉煤灰水泥基材料水化性能的影响
Effect of temperature on the hydration properties of high calcium pfa cement based materials
【摘要】 主要研究了高钙粉煤灰及由其配制的高钙粉煤灰水泥基材料在不同温度下的水化特性。结果表明,高钙粉煤灰中游离氧化钙在不同温度下的水化速度不同,而且,高钙粉煤灰在与水泥一起水化时的水化速度要远慢于其单独水化时的水化速度。合适的养护温度对高钙粉煤灰水泥基材料非常重要,高钙粉煤灰水泥基材料适宜制作蒸养水泥混凝土制品。
【Abstract】 Hydration properties at varying temperatures of high calcium pfa and the resultant high calcium pfa cement based materials were studied. The results indicate that the hydration rate of f-CaO in high calcium pfa varies at different temperature. The hydration rate of pfa blended with cement is much slower than that of pfa alone. Proper curing temperature is crucial to high calcium cement based materials. This materials is suitable for making autoclaved cement and concrete products.
