国内高校改革、发展情况的比较

【摘要】 总结了高校改革发展中一些具有共性的经验 ,内容涉及高校如何抓住机遇 ,深化改革 ,转变机制 ,加快发展 ,以及机制、人事制度改革 ,后勤社会化 ,学科建设 ,教学科研 ,校园文化 ,素质教育等。

【Abstract】 The essay summarizes some shared experience in the reform development of colleges and universities. Its contents include getting thew chance, deepening reform, changing system, speeding up development. It also discusses the reform of the system , the personnel rules, the socialization of logistics, the course construction, teaching and research, campus culture and competence education etc.
