抽象行政行为可诉之原因探析

【摘要】 现行行政诉讼受案范围将抽象行政行为排除在外 ,已越来越暴露出其缺陷。把抽象行政行为列入诉讼范围是法治所需 ,这不仅有法理依据而且有现实基础。

【Abstract】 administrative act is not actionable. Its defects become more and more evident. To legality, abstract administrative act should be put into cases. Its basis can be found not only in the theory of law, but also in reality.
