【摘要】 目前 ,国内抽油机制造企业较多 ,规模较小。各厂家抽油机品种单一 ,同类产品尺寸混乱。在开发满足油田需要的新型 (规格 )抽油机时 ,开发周期长 ,响应市场速度慢 ,致使抽油机制造企业效益普遍较差 ,也给油田的使用、管理及维护带来了很大不便。现文提出了抽油机计算机辅助模块化设计方法 ,对其系列型谱建立、模块设计及组合等问题进行分析和探讨 ,运用功能分析原理对抽油机进行了模块划分。这种方法适合我国抽油机制造企业向多品种、小批量及规模化方向发展 ,能给油田及抽油机生产厂家带来较好的经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, there are many small scale domestic manufacturing enterprises of pumping unit,whose product varieties are single. The structure and dimension of the same product is in state of disorder, new product development cycle is long and the speed of market response is slow .Owing to the above mentioned factors, economic profits of pumping unit’s manufactures are general bad,and application,administration and maintenance of pumping unit of oil field are inconvenient . A method of modular CAD for pumping unit is put forward,by which the serial product spectrum,modular design and assembly of pumping unit is analyzed and discussed. According to functional analysis system technique, modules of beam pumping unit are decomposed. The method is suitable for multi item small lot and large scale production of pumping unit’s manufactures.Oil filed and manufacturing enterprises of pumping unit can make good economic profits.更多还原
