具有重要生理活性寡糖的发现及其应用
Oligosaccharides Having Important Biological Activities and Their Application
【摘要】 发明了合成 1- 3主链连接带有 1- 6侧链和 1- 6主链连接带有 1- 3侧链连接的葡萄寡糖的简易方法。可以大量制备可激活植物的自我防卫系统的葡聚六糖 ,在世界上首次合成了香菇多糖的核心结构片段寡糖 ,发现它们激活动物免疫的能力优于现用的国产香菇多糖 ,正在将这两类寡糖分别作为无公害绿色农药和国家一类抗肿瘤新药而加以开发
【Abstract】 A simple method for the preparation of gluco-oligosaccharides having (1→6) main chain with (1→3) side chains and (1→3) main chain with (1→6) side chains has been invented. The core fragments of Lentinan polysaccharide have been synthesized first in the world. The anti-tumour and immune enhance activities of the oligosaccharides are comparable with the commercial Lentinan. Large scale synthesis of the phytoalexin-elicitor hexaglucosides has been achieved at very low cost using the patented method.
