真丝织物无甲醛防皱整理工艺

【摘要】 研究了柠檬酸用于真丝织物无甲醛防皱整理工艺 ,最佳工艺条件为柠檬酸 7% ,次磷酸钠 5 % ,三乙醇胺 2 % ,甲酸 8% ,焙烘温度 160℃ ,时间 2min。整理后的真丝织物防皱性能明显改善 ,干折皱回复角增加 40° ,湿折皱回复角增加 45° ,具有一定的耐洗性 ,并保持了丝绸原有的风格

【Abstract】 It is studied the anti crease finishing process of silk fabrics with citric acid. And the optimized process conditions are 7% of citric acid, 5% of sodium hypophosphite, 2%of triethanolamine and 8%of methane acid with 60℃ of baking temperature and 2 minutes of time. The anti crease properties of silk fabrics finished are improved obviously. The recovery angle of dry crease increases by 40° and that of wet crease by 45°. The finished have good washing resistance and the original style of silk is remained.
