【摘要】 为探讨补肾、健脾活血法对绝经后妇女性激素及免疫功能的不同作用 ,将右归饮、四君子汤、桃红四物汤分别治疗肾虚、脾虚、血瘀证型的绝经后妇女各 15例 ,观察治疗前后性激素及免疫功能情况。结果 :右归饮对肾虚证绝经后妇女的雌二醇和睾酮有明显调节作用 (P <0 0 1) ,使IL 2水平提高 (P <0 0 1) ;四君子汤使脾虚证绝经后妇女的IL 2水平显著提高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,淋巴细胞转化率及中性细胞吞噬率提高 (P <0 0 5) ,而对性激素作用不明显 ;桃红四物汤对IL 2水平和淋巴细胞转化率有提高作用 (P <0 0 5) ,对性激素和中性细胞吞噬功能的影响不大。由此可见 ,健脾法对脾虚证绝经后妇女的免疫功能具明显而全面的提高作用 ,补肾法对肾虚证绝经后妇女的性激素具明显的调节作用 ,活血法则对血瘀证绝经后妇女的免疫功能有一定的增强作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the different effects of kidney-tonifying,spleen-nourishing and blood-activating therapy on sex hormone secretion and immunologic function in postmenopausal women,15 cases in each group respectively with deficiency of kidney,spleen asthenia and blood stasis were treated with"Yougui Yin","Sijunzi Tang"and"Taohong Siwu Tang"respectively.Estradiol(E 2),testosterone(T),interleukin-2(IL-2),lymphocyte transformation rate(LTR)and the phagocytic function of neutrophil(PFN)were measured before and after treatment.Results:"Yougui Yin"could raise E 2,T and IL-2( P <0 01)of postmenopausal women with deficiency of kidney;"Sijunzi Tang"coauld raise IL-2(0 001),LTR and PFN ( P <0 01)of postmenopausal women with deficiency of spleen;"Taohong Siwu Tang"could raise IL-2( P <0 05)and LTR( P <0 05)of postmenopausal women with blood stasis.Conclusion:Method of nounishing the spleen adjusts immunity of postmenopausal women completely,but no effects on sex hormones;comparing to the method of invigorating the spleen,the method of tonifying the kidney modifies immunity less efficiently,but it has more significant effect on sex hormones of postmenopausal women.The method of activating blood has somewhat enhanced effect on immunity of postmenopausal women.更多还原
