【摘要】 为观察中药外洗对多发性掌跖疣的作用 ,将 5 5例患者随机分成治疗组 31例 (用中药狼毒方外洗 )和对照组 2 4例 (用西药 2 0 %甲醛溶液外涂 ) ,一个疗程 (2个月 )后作临床疗效比较 ,并观察一年后的复发情况。结果 :治疗组总有效为 90 % ,对照组为 6 7% ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 ,P <0 0 5。一年后治疗组痊愈的 18例中 ,3例复发 ,对照组痊愈的 7例中 ,6例复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effects of external washing method in the treatment of palmar and plantar warts,55 cases were randomized into treatment group with 31 cases treated by external washing of Euphorbia and control group with 24 cases treated by application of 20% methanal.After 2-month treatment,the clinical effects were compared and the relapse was observed at the follow-up one year after the termination of treatment.Results showed that the total effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 67% in control group,with better results in treatment group than in control group, P <0 05;in treatment group,3 cases relapsed among the 18 cases cured,and 6 cases relapsed among the 7 cases cured in the control group.更多还原
