【摘要】 观察精方风湿骨痛胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎 (风寒阻络兼血瘀型 )临床疗效。采用开放随机对照法 ,设治疗组 (精方风湿骨痛胶囊治疗 ) 4 5例 ,对照组 (扶他林治疗 ) 30例 ,疗程 2周。结果 :治疗组关节功能改善 ,血沉降低 ,临床症候疗效为 71 11% ,显著优于对照组 33 33 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;总体疗效比较 ,治疗组总有效率为 5 3 33% ,与对照组相同。提示精方风湿骨痛胶囊是治疗风寒阻络兼血瘀型类风湿关节炎的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effects of"Gutong Capsule"in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of cold-wind in collaterals and blood-stasis,treatment group including 45 cases and control group including 30 cases were randomly established and were respectively treated by"Gutong Capsule"and Diclofenac for 2 weeks.Results showed that,in treatment group,the joints function improved or restored,ESR reducing,and the clinical symptoms improved by 71 11%,obviously higher than 33 33% in control group(P<0 05);the total effective rate was 53 33% in treatment group,the same as that in control group.更多还原
