【摘要】 目的　观察针灸、推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者椎管内径的变化。方法　采用 B超动态观察经针灸结合三掌推按法治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎管内径变化与临床疗效的关系。并设针灸结合全自动电脑牵引床牵引组为对照组 (简称针灸结合牵引组 )。结果与结论　两种治疗方法均能使椎管内径增宽 ,均能改变突出椎间盘与受刺激的神经根之间的位置关系 ,针灸结合三掌推按法能提高疗效 ,效果显著高于对照组更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To observe a change in vertebral canal diameter in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse treated by acupuncture moxibustion plus massage. Method B ultrasonograph was used to dynamically observe the relationship between a change in vertebral canal diameter and the clinical curative effect in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with three palm massage. Acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with traction (full automatic computer traction table) was performd as a control. Results and Conclusion Both the therapeutic methods can increase the vertebral canal diameter and change the positions relationship between the protrusive intervertebral disc and the stimulated nerve root. The combination of acupuncture moxibustion and three palm massage can improve the curative effect. The effect is significantly better than that in control group.更多还原
