【摘要】 为探讨中药对不同程度阿尔茨海默病 (AD)患者精神状态康复的疗效。将 6 8例AD患者配对分为两组 ,A组口服中药制剂参桂健脑液 ,B组服用西药多奈哌齐。全部患者均采用美国DSM IV有关AD诊断及病情程度划分标准 ,以治疗前后MMSE及相关因子分值变化评价疗效。结果 :12W后 ,A组轻中度和重度患者有效率分别为 70 %、5 7 1% ;B组分别为 5 7 1%、42 9%。因子分析提示 ,两药均能改善轻中度患者即刻、短程记忆 ,B组的语言功能也有改善。对重度患者A组主要改善地点定向和短程记忆 ,B组主要改善即刻记忆更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of Chinese herbal drugs in mental rehabilitation in the patients with Alzheimers disease(AD)of different degrees,68 cases were divided into two groups in pairs,Group A being treated with oral herbal preparation-"Ginseng and Cinnamon Brain Strengthening Liquid" and Group B being treated with Donepezi.In adoption of US DSM IV criteria of AD diagnosis and pathological conditions,the therapeutic effect was assessed by variations of MMSE and relative factor value before and after treatments.The results showed that after 12 weeks,the effective rate in the patients with mild and medium condition and severe condition was respectively 70% and 57 1% in Group A,and 57 1% and 42 9% in Group B.The factor analysis indicates that two types of the drugs can improve the instant and short term memory in the patients with medium condition.Donepezi is also effective to language function.For the patients with severe condition,Chinese herbal preparation is mainly supposed to improve the place location and short term memory,while western medication is mainly supposed to improve instant memory.更多还原
