【Abstract】 Using the data about private enterprises of four times’ sample survey in China during the recent ten years, this paper studies how the private enterprise owners use surviving methods of reducing to pay taxes and confusing property right,how they adapt themselves to outside circumstances of Chinese economic\|social system transition and for the inside administration they have to turn to the traditional claw sense. The author analyses intergenerational mobility in private enterprise owners, their cultural, social and organizational capital. At last, the author tries to point out the private enterprise owners’ social attributions。更多还原
