【Abstract】 After entering WTO, transnational automobile corporations will pound at China auto component industry unavoidably. At the same time China auto component industry will face a rare chance. We must tap the opportunities and tackle the challenges. How to brake down the risks and to tap the opportunities is a very important theoretical and realistic problem.
