【摘要】 利用随机引物扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)方法对楚雄、沈阳、东京三地区灰飞虱群体进行了基因组多态性分析。结果表明 :不同地区间的灰飞虱都有一定的差别。楚雄群体内灰飞虱个体间的差异最大 ,东京最小。三个不同地区间的灰飞虱也存在差别 ,其中东京与楚雄两群体之间的差异较大。上述这些差异的出现 ,可能与灰飞虱的迁徒和地理隔离有关 ,但三个群体之间的差异与群体内个体间的差异 ,都未达到显著水平更多还原

【Abstract】 Applying Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA method for analyzing the polymorphism in genome of the little brown hopper groups in the area of Chuxiong,Shenyang(China) and Tokyo(Japan).The results suggest that they are in the same population,and there are differences between the individuals in a definite area.It is the highest that between the individuals in Chuxiong,but the lowest in Tokyo.Among the three areas,the difference between Tokyo and Chuxiong is larger than the one of other couples.These differences must resulted from the transport and the geographical isolation.However,all the differences found between the areas and the individuals in a definite area are not on the significance level.更多还原
