【Abstract】 Globalization, especially economic globalization brings a deep impact on the modern world. When globalization is facilitating the economic development of one country, it stratifies the traditional state function by the media of sovereignty. Economic globalization is a double-edged sword. Global governance caused by economic globalization is at some levels, state governance still dominate the global affairs. The relations of co-existence has been formed between globalization and state governance.
