【摘要】 介绍了纳滤膜的制备方法和分离机理，并综述了纳滤技术在食品工业和制药工业中的应用。

【Abstract】 The preparing methods and separating mechanism of nanofiltration membranes (NF) were introduced. The applications of NF technology in food and pharmaceutical industry were summarized.
