STi80钛合金中合金元素对力学性能的影响
A Study of Effect of Compositions on Mechanical Properties of Titanium Alloy STi80
【摘要】 在Al-V-Mo系和Al-Mo-Nb-Zr系的基础上研制出了一种新型的近α型结构的STi 80钛合金,其基本性能为:σ0.2≥784MPa,σb≥850MPa,δ5≥12%,ak≥588kJ/M2,K1c≥93.0MPaM1/2,焊接系数≥0.9,冷弯角α≥90°(d=10a)。经工业性试验和测试,表明它的综合性能良好,尤其室温和低温下的力学性能较佳,是一种值得推广的具有我国自主知识产权的舰船用金属材料。
【Abstract】 A new type of titanium alloy, called STi80, with a near α-microstructure was obtained on the basis of Al-V-Mo and Al-MoNb-Zr systems. It is shown from the industrial testing that STi80 has good mechanical properties. especially under the conditions of room and low temperatures , and is beat suited for the applications in ships and warships. Its mechanical properties are: σ0.2≥784MPa, σb≥850MPa, δ5 ≥ 12% ,ak≥588kJ/M2 ,K1c≥93.0MPaM1/2, welding coefficient ≥0.9, and cold-bent angle α≥90 0 (d = 10a).
