大跨度预应力钢桁架看台梁施工技术
Construction Technique of Large-span Prestressed Steel Truss Stand Beam
【摘要】 通过无锡市人民大会堂预应力钢桁架看台梁的施工实践与监测 ,证明钢结构通过施加预应力形成预应力钢结构 ,可较大地减小其变形值 ;刚性体系预应力钢结构的大吨位预应力宜分阶段施加 ;预应力筋张拉宜采取初拉及复拉的施工方法。
【Abstract】 Based on construction and monitoring practice of prestressed steel truss stand beams of Wuxi Great People Hall,some findings are proved.The first is that prestressed steel structure,which can be formed by applying prestress on steel structure,can obviously decrease its deformation.The second is that the large prestress of rigid system prestressed steel structure should be applied stage by stage.The third is that the tension of prestressed reinforcement should adopt the repeat tension construction method.
