人造棉织物的免烫整理

【摘要】 人造棉手感柔软 ,吸湿透气 ,穿着舒适 ,但其纤维聚合度小 ,无定形区大 ,织物易起皱 ,湿强力低。采用免烫树脂CFC对人造棉进行整理 ,能使纤维分子间产生适量的交联 ,提高织物的防缩抗皱性能、干湿断裂强度和尺寸稳定性 ,并且撕破强度下降较小 ,基本解决了人造棉织物长期以来存在的问题

【Abstract】 Viscose fabric has the performances of pleasing hand and better absorbability.But the viscose fabric is easier to wrinkle and shrink because it has the lower DP value and large region of being uncrystallized.Using the low formaldehyde cross linking agent CFC in the iron free finishing of viscose fabric,can lead to suitable cross link among the fabric molecules and the properties of shrink age and wrinkly resistance of viscose fabric are improved.The dry and wet stress and size stability of viscose fabric can also be improved,but the tearing strength is reduced.
