【Abstract】 In this paper, the conditions of colour reaction of ion(Ⅲ) with mecomic acid is described. The results show that in the range of pH=2~3 sulfuric acid, the ion(Ⅲ) with mecomic forms a stable complex ratio to 1∶2. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 3.1×10 4L/mol·cm at 430nm, Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0μg/25mL~112μg/25mL Fe(Ⅲ).更多还原
