【Abstract】 After Kim Dae jund was in power in the South Korea in 1998,he took some effective policies and measures to realize his administration’ foreign goals,which keep the Korea Peninsula’ permanent peace and stability.The Kim administration has achieved success in some way in carrying out its policies and measures,but it will confront a lot of disadvantages such as the expansion of the North Korean nuclear weapon on the road of realizing the real peace and security.更多还原
