【摘要】 回顾 190例颅内动脉瘤的手术与栓塞治疗。 16 7例行手术治疗 ,2 3例行栓塞治疗。手术组正常或有轻度神经功能障碍为 91.0 2 % ,严重神经功能障碍为 7.19% ;栓塞组各为 91.31%、8.7%。认为多数颅内动脉瘤行开颅显微手术夹闭治疗 ,少部分动脉瘤可予选择栓塞治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 To review 190 patients with intracranial aneurysm,167 patients were performed with microsurgery therapy,23 patients with embolization therapy.91.02% of the microsurgery group and 91.31% of the embolizations group were normal or had mild dysneuria,and 7 19% of the former and 8.7% of the latter were severe dysneuria This suggested microsurgery was the first selective therapy for most intracranial aneurysm,part of the patients can perform seletive embolization therapy.更多还原
