三房心的诊断和外科治疗

【摘要】 1964年 5月～ 2 0 0 0年 7月施行三房心矫治术 2 2例 ,其中右型 ( dexter)三房心 1例 ,左型 ( sinister)三房心 2 1例。经房间沟后方左心房切口 ( 1例 )或右心房切口 ( 2 0例 )切除异常隔膜 ,同时矫治合并畸形。 3例住院期间死亡 ,19例痊愈出院。超声心动图对三房心的诊断有重要价值 ,一经确诊应及时行手术治疗。隔膜无交通口或交通口≤ 3 mm是急症手术的指征。手术中要彻底切除左心房内纤维肌肉隔膜。在 ASD术中 ,应常规探查左心房 ,避免漏诊三房心。更多还原
