【摘要】 报告 6例 Debakdy 型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者 ,均在全麻和控制性低血压下完成股动脉覆膜支架植入术。结果 :6例内支架植入位置准确 ,主动脉内膜瘘口被封堵 ,狭窄的主动脉真腔基本恢复正常。麻醉平稳 ,无严重心脑血管并发症。认为全麻、直接动脉压监测下的控制性低血压是保证手术顺利进行的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 To present the experience of anesthesia and complications management in treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysm with transfemoral covered stent placement,6 patients sufferred from thoracic aortic aneurysms(Debakey Ⅲ)were treated by transfemoral covered stents placements under general anesthesia and reduced hypotension The result showed that the procedures lasted from 120min to 240min Aortography after the procedures displayed that all endoluminal stents were delivered to their right sites and crevasses of the aneurysms were excluded by the stents,and the compressed real aortic cavity was nearly retruned to normal size No serious cardiovascular and cerebral complications appeared during and after the procedure This suggests that treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysm(Debakey Ⅲ)with transfemoral covered stent placement is of less traumatic,bleeding,and lower morbidity of cardiopulmonary complications compared to the conventional surgical therapy General anesthesia with controlled hypotension under direct arterial pressure monitoring plays a major role in enssuring the procedure be taking successfully更多还原
