【摘要】 目的 :研究用微波结合中鼻甲骨折移位治疗中鼻甲息肉样变和畸形的疗效。方法 :用微波治疗针插入息肉样变中鼻甲黏膜均匀热凝 ,对并有畸形的中鼻甲予以压迫骨折移位。结果 :10例、13鼻治疗后鼻塞症状消除 ,头痛、嗅觉减退症状消除或明显改善 ,中鼻甲与鼻中隔间距明显扩大。结论 :使用微波结合中鼻甲骨折移位治疗中鼻甲息肉样变和畸形 ,方法简单 ,疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of microwave combined with middle nasal concha displacement of fracture in the teatment of middle nasal concha polypoid changes and deformities.Method:The mucosa of middle nasal concha polypoid changes were thermocoagulated by inserted microwave therapeutic needle,and the middle nasal concha of deformities were compressed fracture and displaced.Result:Postoperatively,nasal obstruction of ten patients with 13 noses was eliminated,headache and hyposmia were eliminated or remissed,and the space between middle nasal concha and nasal septum was enlarged.Conclusion:The method by microwave combined with middle nasal concha displacement of fracture in the treatment of middle nasal concha polypoid changes and deformities is simple,and the effect is definitive.更多还原
