【摘要】 目的 :探讨儿童感染性内眼炎的病因、治疗方法及预防。方法 :回顾分析儿童感染内眼炎的致病原因 ,就诊时间与手术效果的关系。结果 :一次性注射器导致儿童感染性内眼炎 12例 ,占 57 14% ,其中眼球萎缩 5例 ,新生血管青光眼 1例 ,视网膜脱离 4例。经玻璃体切割和玻璃体内注射抗生素 18例 ,其中 9例视力提高。结论 :一次性注射器是导致儿童感染性内眼炎的主要原因 ;及早确诊行玻璃体切除术可挽救视功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the cause,the method and prognosis of treatment of pediatric endophthalmitis. Method:Retrospective analysis of 21 cases of pediatric endophthalmitis were done.The relationships between pathogenic reasons,time duration from onset of diseases and the outcome of operation were analysed.Results:Time duration of seeking doctor is positive correlated to the complication.The longer the time duration was,the more severe the complication was. 12 cases represented pediatric endophthalmitis.Severe complications include one case of new vascular glaucoma,5 cases of eyeball atrophy,4 cases of retinal detachment eyeball.18 cases were treated with vitrectomy and introvitreous antibiotic injection,9 cases(42.9%)had good visual outcome.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and treatment are critical to survival of the eyeball.One-time injecture is the main cause of pediatric endophthalmitis.更多还原
